Boredbrains Consortium, Ulshe AI and associated companies are the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights associated with its proprietary frameworks, theories, and architectural designs ("Proprietary Materials"). These materials include, but are not limited to:

  • The Mobius Inspired Cyclical Transformation (MICT) and Hierarchical Cognitive Transformation & Synthesis (HCTS) theories.
  • The architectural blueprints for the Ulshe Cognitive Engine and GAGE Framework.
  • The concepts and methodologies of the GUARDIANS security framework.
  • All whitepapers, diagrams, technical documentation, and explanatory content published on this website or in other official company publications.

2. Permitted Use (Personal Educational Use)

We encourage visitors, students, researchers, and potential partners to read and learn from our published materials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive permission to access the Proprietary Materials for the following purposes ONLY:

  • Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices.

4. Commercial Licensing and Partnerships

We believe our technology can revolutionize industries, and we actively seek partners to help us achieve this vision. If you wish to use our Proprietary Materials or underlying technology for any commercial purpose, you must enter into a formal written agreement with our company.

This includes, but is not limited to, becoming a Managed Service Provider (MSP), licensing the GAGE framework, or integrating the Ulshe Cognitive Engine or other MICT based technology into your products. To begin this process, please contact our licensing team.
